Dr Mela Brankov
Dr Mela is a world-renowned cosmetic medical practitioner. She began as an internationally-trained eye surgeon, and later worked on several published research programs with the Lion’s Eye Institute.
Dr Mela turned her hand to cosmetic medicine more than 15 years ago, opening her first clinic in Subiaco in 2010. Bramis quickly became one of Perth’s most popular clinics, leading her to open a second premises in Inglewood in 2017, then a third in Currambine in 2019.
In 2025 she opened her first regional clinic in Dunsborough, Bramis Beauty Studio.
Dr Mela is an Allergan-certified Australasian trainer for cosmetic doctors and nurses.

The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) recently updated their guidelines which prevent us from advertising or explicitly referencing prescription-based medicines.
Specific prescription-based products can be mentioned in private consultations with our doctors and nurses. During this consultation we will discuss any concerns you might have with the appearance of your skin such as wrinkles and loss of facial volume and treatment options.
